Seen the movies, watched the TV show, devoured the cartoon, bought the DVDs, and still need more???

This Gorilla soldier costume was used in the original Planet of the Apes.  It was shown in the capture sequence and during the Ape City chase sequences.  This particular outfit was used for medium and background shots.   It lacks the flexibility of the close-up costumes but still shows the detail used in the original film to bring the Planet of the Apes to life.

This is a standing display just right of the original Alien costume at the exit of the backlot tour.
